Terms of Service

1. Who can use the Service

You may use Nakama Companion if you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) and able to form a binding agreement with us. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

2. Your account

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
• upload content you do not have the right to share;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the Service;
• upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or account;
• harass, abuse or impersonate others.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create or upload including decklists, tier lists and card images. By submitting content, you grant Nakama Companion a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store and display it for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you provide.

5. Intellectual property & third-party content

Nakama Companion is an unofficial fan project and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Bandai Co., Ltd. or the One Piece Card Game. All card names, artwork, logos and related trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and reference only. The Nakama Companion name, interface and original content belong to us and may not be copied without permission.

6. Service provided “as is”

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that meta data, statistics, prices or card information are accurate, complete or up to date, and the Service may be modified or interrupted at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nakama Companion and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
