1. Information we collect

• Account information such as the username and email you provide when you sign up.
• Content you create decklists, tier lists and card images you upload or save.
• Usage data basic, mostly aggregated information about how the Service is used, to help us fix bugs and improve features.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to operate the Service, keep you signed in, save your decks and collection, respond to your requests, and improve and secure Nakama Companion. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Cookies & sessions

We use a secure, httpOnly session cookie to keep you logged in. This cookie is essential to the Service and is not used for advertising. It cannot be read by JavaScript in your browser, which helps protect your session.

For audience measurement we use Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics service. It sets no cookies, does not store any persistent identifier and does not follow you across other websites. It only records anonymous, aggregated data such as page views, approximate country and referring site. Because no personal data is involved, no consent banner is required.

4. Card images you upload

Images you upload to the deck builder or tier list are used only to provide those features and to display your decks and lists back to you. Do not upload images you do not have the right to use.

5. Artificial Intelligence Assistant

If you use the Nakama Assistant, your chat queries and relevant context from your account (such as your saved decks, match statistics, or collection) may be processed by third-party Language Model providers (such as Google or OpenAI) to generate responses. These providers process your data securely via API and do not use it to train their public AI models. The Assistant is provided for entertainment and analytical purposes only.

6. Sharing & third parties

We share information only with service providers that help us run Nakama Companion (for example hosting and privacy-friendly analytics), and only as needed to operate the Service. We may also disclose information if required by law. We do not share your personal data with advertisers.

7. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and httpOnly session cookies. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

10. Children

Nakama Companion is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
