Meta Report #6: Enel and RG Luffy Take Over

1. The Meta in Short

This issue covers the first two weeks of OP17 + EB05 online, October 19 to 31, 2026: eight events and 438 players, the last of them on October 29. EB05 reached stores on October 30, so offline events with the new set aren't in here yet. Extra Grand Battle events are left out, as always. Issue #5 was the first week alone; this one adds the second, and the second week changed the picture a lot.

• Yellow Enel is the deck of EB05 so far. OP05-098 Yellow Enel has the best win rate of any ranked leader, 60.0%, and 66.2% last week. It took 8 of the 42 top cuts and won two events last week. It beats Rocks 77% of the time, and it got here with almost no EB05 cards.
• RG Luffy took over the room. OP13-001 RG Luffy went from 4.1% of the seats to 24.0% in one week, the most played deck of the week, and won 60.5% doing it. It took 8 of the 21 top cuts of the week. EB05-001 Jewelry Bonney is in almost every list.
• Rocks drops from S to A. OP17-039 Rocks kept the same share of the room, 17.5%, but went from 58.7% in the first week to 38.8% in the second, with one top cut. Issue #5 had it S on one week; with two weeks it's A, and B on last week alone.
• Three S decks, all new to the top. Enel, RG Luffy and OP09-042 Blue Buggy are the S tier. None of them was ranked in OP17's last four weeks.
• Sabo and RG Luffy & Ace are fading. OP13-004 Sabo went from 9.0% to 2.3% of the seats, ST30-001 RG Luffy & Ace from 7.8% to 3.2%. Both are in B, and RG Luffy & Ace didn't make a top cut in either week.
