1. Introduction
This is the fastest deck in the format and the one with the smallest margin for error. It attacks with a 6000 leader from turn one, it can put three bodies on the board for four DON!!, and it runs zero 2000 counters.
That last part isn't an oversight. The combo needs events in hand to work, and the rest of the deck is searchers to find the combo, so there is no room left. What pays for it is the leader: on your opponent's turn every Luffy you own is three thousand power bigger, which means they can't trade with your board and their only real plan is to race you. You're much better at racing than they are.
It's also a deck with an expiry date, and I'd rather say that up front than sell you a dream. Right now a lot of opponents defend against you as if you had 2000 counters. The moment they work out that you don't, the numbers they attack with change and this gets harder. Section 9 has the maths.
